By M4G Bureau - December 27, 2017

The conference will bring senior Karnataka Government Officials, Regional Media Owners, Brand Marketers, National & Regional Specialist Agencies & OOH Solution Providers on a common platform to address the key issues that confront Karnataka OOH industry

For some time now, OOH businesses in Bengaluru and rest of Karnataka have been confronting a gamut of challenges that stem from (i) inconsistent and arbitrary implementation of advertising norms by civic authorities; (ii) Lack of defined PPP opportunities for the industry in relation to urban development / smart city development; (iii) Inadequate support from the civic authorities for investment in digital OOH formats; (iv) Arbitrary action against outdoor media in the name of environmental issues; and Proliferation of unauthorised media leading to cluttering of the OOH landscape.
