The Starcom affiliate media agency, which recently topped the 2020 Pakistan media agency rankings by RECMA, hired four former GroupM employees and one former Mullen Lowe employee:

Haris Paracha joined BCP as an associate director reporting to Starcom director Shahyan Qureshi on the P&G account; Asim Malik accepted the role of business lead digital for the Coke account and will be reporting to Coke business lead Mujtaba Kamal; Farrukh Rao accepted the role of business lead planning on the Mondelez account and will be reporting to associate director Saadi Ghouse;  Yusra Younis accepted the role of media planner on the Mondelez account and will be reporting to assistant manager media planning Zehra Shahid; Osama Mohiuddin accepted the role of senior media planner for the Starcom corporate south team and will be reporting to senior manager of media planning Sumbul Ateeq.

The new hires coincide with the launch of a second-party data marketplace by BCP, as it undertakes a larger push in helping clients navigate the cookieless future.

One of the solutions by the BCP pertains to building mutually beneficial relationships with publishers that have high-quality content, strong audience authentication, and the vision to power the next generation of customer acquisition.
