The Co- CEO of Kinetic India put down his paper

Charanjeet Arora, Co-CEO, Kinetic India resigns from his position. In conversation with Media4Growth, Charan shares that he is going on a sabbatical and plans to join back the industry in H1, next year. “I don’t have any plans to start my own business. I have always been a part of the Indian OOH industry and I will, once again, join the industry at the correct time”, says Singh. Prior to this, Rachana Lokhande, CO-CEO stepped down from the position.

This development is a part of a leadership shuffle at Kinetic India, to which, he comments, “It is unfortunate that the organization has a policy to change the leadership in every couple of years. In a time when the leaders adopt the vision, they have to move out which creates huge ambiguity within the organization”.

However, Charanjeet is content with his tenure with Kinetic India where he says that he was a part of the organization in its golden years and achieved maximum revenue with motivation aligned in the entire group.

Charanjeet had joined November 2017 as Senior VP and promoted as Co-CEO in 2018 along with Rachana Lokhande where he was also responsible for driving team transformations spanning media, office automation, and logistics. He has partaken in multiple roles across organizations within the Indian media landscape. A media specialist with more than 25 years of expertise, he had been in the past associated with Star Group, Sahara Media, Lintas Media Group, BCCL, and Reliance Entertainment. He has also been an integral part of media agencies like the Interpublic Group and Dentsu Aegis Network.
