OMAC appoints new director of marketing & communications
Jacques Major will take over as Director of Marketing and Communications from January 5, 2015
Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada (OMAC) has announced the appointment of Jacques Major as the new Director of Marketing and Communications for OMAC effective January 5, 2015. Major comes to the association with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. For the last 10 years Jacques has managed his own Marketing Consulting firm working with a diverse list of clients on marketing strategy and plans, branding, media planning and buying, website and social media strategies. Prior to this he was VP Business Development at OK&D Marketing and also worked at Mediacom (now Outfront Media) as an Account Executive.
“Jacques will be responsible for the development of OMAC initiatives to grow the OOH industry. He will implement both English and French marketing and promotional activities to build a strong presence for OMAC within the advertising community, said Rosanne Caron, President, OMAC.
