3. Market Analysis and Intelligence
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports, and market intelligence reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Analyse sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
4. Sales Team Leadership
- Conduct team meetings for bills receivable status and punching in of release orders.
- Maintain a sales funnel with clear projections
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
- Experience in coordinating projects or campaigns is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in various automated tools like SalesForce, edge1, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
