Sales Executive cum Coordinator, OOH Media

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Client Meetings and Presentations
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing
  • Reporting and Forecasting

2. Sales Coordination

  • Campaign Coordination
  • Administrative Support
  • Client Support and Relationship Management and Campaign Performance Monitoring

3. Market Analysis and Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, and market intelligence reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

4. Sales Team Leadership

  • Conduct team meetings for bills receivable status and punching in of release orders.
  • Maintain a sales funnel with clear projections

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

2. Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  • Experience in coordinating projects or campaigns is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

3. Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in various automated tools like SalesForce, edge1, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Personal Attributes

  • Result-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
