Education Qualification – Graduate/BBA in any field and MBA in Sales/Marketing/Advertising from a reputed Business School

Experience – Min 1 year – Max 7 years in Corporate Sales/Business Development from the Out- of – Home/Advertising industry (media agency/OOH company background preferred).

Job Profile – JCDecaux India is looking for a competent Corporate Sales professional with talent of onboarding potential clients and maintaining positive business relations with existing ones. Will be responsible for building business by generating revenues by marketing/selling the brand and it’s concept to the media agencies and direct clients.
Key Deliverables:
- Understand JCDecaux’s business model and tools available to help build relevant advertising solutions for our clients and deliver the highest level of sales and client service to them
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with direct clients and advertising agencies
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on concepts and services
- Negotiate and Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal team like planning & yield, operations and finance etc to achieve sales target..
- Any other relevant responsibilities that may be added from time to time
Candidate Skills:
- Proficiency and high command over written and verbal communication
- Thorough Sales experience with major exposure in the corporate/B2B domain in advertising or media agencies
- High capability of achieving the individual Revenue targets
- Should have worked in a B2B driven organisation
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Hands on experience of internet and social media
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self motivated with a result driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
- Self motivated, energetic person with an ability of handle work pressure and timelines
- Good geographical knowledge about the city
- Zeal to excel and prosper
