Futek Digital installs LED screens at South Delhi market

The company focuses on digital expansion with the launch of large format digital screen installed at Delhi’s GK1 M Block Market

futek Futek Digital has installed a high-end LED screen at one of the most popular markets of South Delhi, the GK 1 M Block market. The media, tendered by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation, was obtained by ICONS, a Delhi based media owning firm and was subsequently taken up by Futek Digital. With experience in handling digital media, Futek Digital has invested in the screen, which was installed a few days ago, and it is also going to be marketed by them. The screens will have 30 second advertising spots that are being sold, along with provision for public messages. Brands like BMW, Central and Omaxe have already taken up the display spots.

“It is the single digital out-of-home billboard in SDMC and demonstrates Futek Digital’s commitment to investing in state-of-the-art out-of-home digital advertising in strategically positioned location,” says Ashu Gupta, Managing Director Futek Digital.

Commenting on the development, Gupta said, “We are very much delighted to have one more feather in our cap. With these new media, we are excited about the challenges and geared up to deliver value and results for the brand. Digital screens are opening up new and exciting opportunities in out-of-home advertising. They help brands engage with people through stunning, contextual advertising that can be delivered immediately.”

We recognize the increasing importance of creating innovative platforms for brands at a much-needed time. DOOH is becoming recognized as a way for advertisers to more effectively reach people outside and on the go in engaging and interactive ways. In 2019, we expect to see a greater investment from brands and advertisers in DOOH campaigns that trigger based on real-world environments.”

As informed by him, the next screen will be deployed at the GK 2 market, which is the next important market in the zone.

Prior to this, the digital media owning firm had installed screens at Ambience Mall in Gurgaon & Vasant Kunj and at Katra in Jammu & Kashmir.
