As the southern OOH markets gear up to board a higher growth trajectory, what would be the pre-conditions for media owners to consider stepping up their investments in roadside media, transit media, and other OOH media formats? Further, what factors will augment media occupancy through the year, and what steps are being initiated for the same? Are national and regional specialist agencies accounting for a larger share of OOH business in the region, or do most media owners rely on direct business engagements with advertising clients?
