Clear Channel OMA entries shortlisted; winners to be decided by public vote

Winners will be announced at a Clear Channel virtual awards event on 10 June.

The Outdoor Media Awards (OMA), run by Clear Channel in partnership with Campaign, introduced the Outstanding Contribution to Outdoor Award in the current 2021 edition to recognise those in senior roles who have helped to make a difference to the industry throughout their careers. The judging panel, chaired Campaign editor-in-chief Gideon Spanier, has shortlisted Gill Reid of MediaCom, Nicole Lonsdale of Kinetic, Roy Shepherd of Goodstuff and Sophie Pemberton of Talon Outdoor for this award which will be decided by a public vote.

The judging panel has also shortlisted the entries for all other categories – Creative (Visual Craft Award; Installation; and Experience Award); Planning (Data and Intelligence Award; Cross-Format Award; Cross-Format Award; and Cross-Channel Award); Effectiveness (Brand Fame; SME & Local Advertising Award; and New Approach Award); Platform For Good (National Social Impact; Community Social Impact); and Talent (Rising Star Award).

Winners will be announced at a virtual awards event on 10 June at 4pm. The Campaign report cites that a record 200 entries were in the fray for the awards.
