Vadodara Division under Western Railways invites bulk tenders

The Vadodara Division of Western Railways invites tender for display of commercial advertisement through hoardings and signboards at circulating area, LC gate, RUB and ROB at Ankleshwar, Gothangaon, Hathuran, Kudsad, Kosamba, KIM, Kosad, Panoli, Sayan & Utran stations in the Ankleshwar- Surat Section. The total available area for such display is 4900 sq.ft.

This normal open e-tender has been called for a single packet system bidding whose advertised value is Rs 3,93,350 which is a reserve price for the first year and the earnest money required to deposit by the participants shall be Rs 41,800. The ranking order for bids is from highest to lowest and the license fee shall escalate by 10% each year at the end of the first 3 years of the contract. The tender value for five years is Rs 20,88,689.

The last date for the opening, submission and closing of the tender is May 27^th and may be done through the website www.ireps.gov.in. The tender form can be purchased for Rs 3540 which includes 18% GST and can also be downloaded from the same website (www.ireps.gov.in).
