Haryana Govt calls bid for 2 tenders

The tender specifies that bus shelters will be installed in 2 new locations near college


Municipal Council Bhadugarh invites bid for total 48 unipoles/Hoardings where the contractor can install only 38 unipoles/Hoardings. The contract amount will be enhanced @10% every year, in case extension is given beyond the annual contract period. The tender will be allotted for 1 year with an extendable clause for 3 years. The size of the structures is 20/10 ft.

For putting of advertisement on lands/ property belonging to other departments (Revenue/PWD (B&R)/HSIIDC/HUDA/ Irrigation/Transport etc.) the concurrence of the concerned department shall be required. The advertisement Contract excludes all BOT Schemes, Contracts awarded by various departments like Transport for Bus shelters etc, areas maintained by HUDA/ HSIIDC and advertisement rights given to organizations in lieu of maintenance of civic amenities.

Another tender is invited by the Haryana Government recently that the state is planning a series of changes and additions to the town of Cheeka and adding two new bus shelters is a part of that.

EMD amount is specified to be Rs. 30,000/- and the tender value is stated Rs. 15 lakh. The last day of the bid is 6th December, 2019.
