Malvika Chandra, Deputy General Manager – Marketing at L&T Realty, has joined the esteemed jury panel for the OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) 2025. With a dynamic career spanning over two decades in brand building, marketing strategy, and corporate communication within India’s top real estate and advisory firms, Malvika brings a wealth of strategic and creative expertise to the judging process.
Since 2015, Malvika has been a driving force at L&T Realty, where she has architected and executed comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for flagship projects in Mumbai and Bengaluru, creating significant qualitative and quantitative value for the brand. Guided by customer research, insights, and competitive benchmarking, she is instrumental in product ideation and sharpening brand positioning in competitive markets. Her expertise also extends to corporate communications, including producing compelling video content, managing internal and external newsletters, and leading PR and media strategy to amplify brand stories. As a key member of both the Customer Excellence Team and the DEI team at L&T Realty, Malvika is dedicated to elevating client experiences and fostering inclusive employee engagement programs.

The 19th OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2025, a landmark event for the Out-of-Home industry, is scheduled for July 18-19, 2025, at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake. Under the compelling theme ‘Mapping a New OOH-scape,’ the convention will deep-dive into the future of the OOH medium, examining cutting-edge technological advancements, evolving consumer behaviors, and novel creative approaches shaping the sector.
The event will culminate on the evening of July 19, 2025, with the prestigious OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) 2025 ceremony. Dedicated to honoring outstanding achievements and inspiring excellence across the Out-of-Home advertising landscape, the OAA’s judging process is meticulously managed independently, upholding high standards through both online and on-ground evaluation rounds to ensure complete transparency and accuracy.
