CASHurDRIVE achieves major milestone with half-year results

CASHurDRIVE Marketing Limited (NSE: CUDML), an integrated outdoor and transit advertising company, announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the half year ended 30 September 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 77.86 crore, representing a 22.4% year-on-year increase from the Rs 63.63 crore posted in H1 FY 2025-26.

EBITDA (including other income) rose to Rs 13.55 crore, up 31.3% YoY, with the EBITDA margin improving to 17.4%, versus 16.2% in H1 FY 2025-26. The company registered a net profit (PAT) of Rs 10.88 crore, up 29.5% from the Rs 8.30 crore in the same period last year, delivering a PAT margin of 14.0% compared to 13.0%.

The performance is attributed to new order wins across verticals, expanded transit-media assets, and stronger execution across metros, airports, rail and road networks. The result comes amid the company’s listing on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange, which has bolstered its visibility among advertisers and investors.

With a debt-light balance sheet — shareholders’ funds of ₹119.4 crore and cash reserves of Rs 26.7 crore as at 30 September 2025 — the company appears well positioned for scaling its presence in digital OOH, transit-media innovation and expanded geographies.
