Instamart’s 3D OOH to deliver a ‘Cold Mess’ message
The advertisement communicated Instamart’s core service offering: delivering “Meds for cough, cold and more in just 10 minutes”.
Instamart, the quick-commerce service, executed a high-impact OOH campaign that utilized a customized transit vehicle to promote the rapid delivery of cold and flu medication.
The creative centerpiece of the campaign was a standard delivery truck, which was converted into a mobile advertising platform. The truck was painted in Instamart’s signature blue and featured a large, striking, three-dimensional sculpture of a human nose. This sculpture included realistic runny nose, depicting the start of winters and cold season

This highly visible creative was positioned in busy city areas. Printed prominently on the side of the vehicle, the campaign text stated the condition being addressed: “Cold mess”. The advertisement then communicated Instamart’s core service offering: delivering “Meds for cough, cold and more in just 10 minutes”. The campaign effectively leveraged the transit medium to ensure maximum visibility for its urgent, contextual message.
