Xtreme Media sets new benchmark with LEDX Technologies, its latest Active LED manufacturing facility
Spread across 100,000 sq. ft., in Vapi, the LEDX facility is a built-to-suit, fully automated manufacturing plant, engineered specifically around machines, processes, and material flow.
Xtreme Media has announced the launch of LEDX Technologies, a fully automated, state-of-the-art Active LED display manufacturing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. Purpose-built from the ground up, the new plant represents a significant milestone in India’s journey toward building a robust, self-reliant, and globally competitive LED manufacturing ecosystem.
“LEDX Technologies has been conceived to address a long-standing gap in the Indian display market: consistent, scalable, and high-quality Active LED manufacturing at global standards. Anchored on three core pillars, Innovation, Quality, and Sustainability, the facility is designed to deliver uniform performance, tighter process control, and repeatable quality across large volumes,” says the company statement.

Indeed, for Xtreme Media, LEDX is not just an expansion of capacity, but a strategic investment in building long-term manufacturing excellence within India.
With LEDX, Xtreme Media aims to strengthen India’s position as a serious manufacturing destination for advanced LED displays. The facility is designed to serve a dual mandate, meeting India’s growing demand across infrastructure, enterprise, and public display projects, while also catering to global OEM, ODM, and system integration markets. The initiative aligns closely with the broader Make in India vision, while maintaining a sharp focus on international competitiveness and export readiness.

Spread across 100,000 sq. ft., the LEDX facility is a built-to-suit manufacturing plant, engineered specifically around machines, processes, and material flow, rather than being retrofitted into an existing structure. From engineered floor loading to utilities planning, every aspect has been designed to support precision manufacturing. A one-directional material flow ensures higher operational efficiency, improved cleanliness, and enhanced safety across the production floor.
“At the heart of LEDX Technologies is a clear manufacturing philosophy: quality is designed into the system, not inspected only at the end. The facility operates on strict process discipline, automation-led consistency, and controlled workflows that minimise variability and human error. This approach enables LEDX to deliver reliable, high-performance Active LED products at scale, meeting the expectations of both domestic and international customers,” adds the company.
With the launch of LEDX Technologies in Vapi, Xtreme Media signals its intent to move decisively from assembly-led operations to true manufacturing leadership, setting a new benchmark for Active LED production in India.
