Nykaa’s Pink Friday sale campaign takes large format at cluster sites in Mumbai targeting urban women audience
As brands prepared for the most popular Black Friday sale across the US and Canada, the new addition in the list of Indian festivals geared up the national brands too for the same. Nykaa, a beauty retailer brand leveraged the occasion with a twist by turning Black Friday into Pink. In order to amplify the online sales, the brand painted the financial capital with the pink hue through an extensive campaign to catch the attention of Mumbaikars.
Handled by Laqshya Media, the eye-catching creative was positioned at Bandra’s premium locations and also extended to Juhu. Showcasing its brand ambassador Jahanvi Kapoor, the indomitable ads were placed at heights and most prominently on large formats. The highlight of the campaign was the cluster sites occupied mainly to craft the grand experience on the streets especially targeting the urban women audience which added chicness to the campaign. Global Advertisers also worked with the client directly where they gave landmark sites handled by them.
The right combination of the marketing brought the brand 5x surge in sales on the first day of sale alone.
