“Make Walking Your Workout”- Skechers latest OOH Campaign
The campaign is executed in partnership with Signpost India
Skechers, the globally recognized footwear brand, has launched a high-impact out-of-home (OOH) campaign across India to promote its GoWalk Edition and encourage active lifestyles. Executed by Signpost India Limited, the campaign targets health-conscious individuals by promoting walking as an essential form of exercise. With the tagline “Make Walking Your Workout,” the initiative coincides with the upcoming Skechers Walkathon, set for November 17, 2024, at Inorbit Mall, Malad, and is designed to inspire participation and reinforce the brand’s commitment to wellness.
The OOH campaign spans various advertising formats, strategically placed in high-traffic locations across ten major cities. Covering an impressive total size of 48,694 square feet, the campaign utilises 132 advertising sites, including billboards (static and digital), unipoles, bus shelters, and gantries. This extensive setup ensures maximum visibility and impact, positioning Skechers as a lifestyle brand committed to promoting health and fitness.
By aligning with India’s marathon season and the Walkathon in Mumbai, Skechers taps into a growing movement toward fitness events that have gained popularity nationwide, from metropolitan areas to smaller towns. Through its vibrant visuals, the campaign showcases cityscapes with groups of walkers, symbolising an inclusive community focused on wellness. The QR codes featured on each ad provide an easy way for passersby to register for the Walkathon directly, bridging physical advertising with digital engagement.
