Burrp! brings the restaurants rating in OOH
Burrp engages customers on outdoor platforms to rate their favourite restaurants
Burrp!, a noted name in Indian food discovery space, has recently concluded a series of two advertising campaigns in Mumbai and Bengaluru spanning over 45 days across malls, hypermarkets, bus shelters and cineplexes. The campaign was targeted to recognise the best restaurants across seven cities and the best ones for the New Year’s Eve.
Amongst two consecutive campaigns, Burrp! re-launched their coveted ‘Burrp! Certificates’ property, an initiative that recognises the best restaurants/food outlets across numerous categories. Customers were engaged to cast their votes in favour of their restaurants of choice and three lucky winners stood a chance to win prizes on daily basis.
In another campaign, Burrp! Promoted their New Year’s Eve special feature, a platform to all party animals to explore best New Year parties in town at the click of a finger.
In both these campaigns, their advertising partner Khushi Advertising Ideas Pvt. Ltd., tailored an intricate pattern mixing media like cinema advertising, branding at multiplexes, malls, bus shelters and Big Bazaar outlets. These avenues were effectively employed to create an overall enticing campaign for Burrp!.
“Burrp! introduced the concept of recognising praiseworthy restaurants in this space through Burrp! Certificates in 2009. As we celebrated a decade in the industry this year, we wanted to share our happiness with our users and restaurant partners. The food scene has been evolving incredibly over the last few years and our users have so much more choices to look forward today. With the reintroduction of the coveted Burrp! Certificates, we intended to make it easy for our users to discover great places and mouth-watering food,” Pradeep Prabhu, Co-Business Head, Burrp! said.
“After receiving overwhelming response last year, this year we wanted the New Year’s Eve campaign to reach a larger audience. Being one of the well-known players to offer this benefit to users where we consolidate all New Year parties in town, we were confident that Burrp! stood out in terms of the user interface and ease of booking which also differentiates us from the other players,” he added.
“It is always a delight to partner with clients who are open to dabbling in multiple non-traditional advertising mediums,” Vishnu Telang, CEO – Khushi Advertising, said.
“Khushi is the fastest growing ambient media agency in India. We constantly strive to furnish our advertisers with a unique mix of exciting ambient spaces and innovations in leading malls, multiplexes, airports, hypermarkets, departmental stores, coffee shops, gymnasiums, restaurants, entertainment zones and other avenues in India. With presence in 33 cities, our strong team of 230+ professionals takes pride in servicing 350+ leading brands pan India. When advertising is trying to break free from the overcrowded traditional mediums, it is clients like Burrp! that help break the mould as they do not shy away from using non-traditional advertising mediums.”
