Think OOH industry and you think men hobnobbing, sharing a smoke, haggling, ordering , bracing the the weather to make sure a site is up and running, running around a government office procuring permissions -- a picture that conveys a man's world , where the challenges are enough to make any woman stay away from this turf. And yet there are a few women in the industry taking the challenges head on and wondering why there aren't many more like them in the space.
