Southern Railway Palakkad Division invites EOI for promos

Southern Railway’s Palakkad Division invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from agencies, dealers or distributions for product promotions, advertisement kiosk and automobile display in 58 railway stations. The campaign for all these 58 stations may include display of products, displays of a maximum of four banners of size 10ft X 3ft, distribution of brochures and collection of opinions in an area of some 100 sq. ft. The requisite payment of Rs 5000 per day is to be made for 8 stations, namely Mangalore Junction, Kasargod, Kanhangad, Payyannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Tirur and Palakkad Town. Other stations of the same area namely Ullal, Manjeshwar, Uppala, Kumbala, Kotikulam, Bekal Fort, and other stations will be available under this category for Rs 3000 per day.

Similarly, participants can distribute brochures and take orders for the display of automobile advertisements in non-platform areas for the same 58 stations. The amount per day to be deposited for 8 stations for 4 wheelers is Rs 4000 each for about 200 sq.ft area. For 3 wheelers the area is approximately 150 sqft each, available on the cost of Rs 3000. For 2 wheelers, it’s Rs 2000 each for around 100 sq. ft. area. For the other 50 stations, the 4 wheelers, 3 wheelers and 2 wheelers are available for Rs 2500, Rs 1500 and Rs 1000 per day per vehicle respectively.

The details are as follows:

i) Media I - Product launching /Business promotion campaign

The campaign may include display of products, display of maximum of four banners of size 10ft x 3ft, distribution of brochures, collection of opinions, etc.

ii)Media II - Display of automobile for advertisement

Can distribute brochures and take orders, permitted only in non-platform area.

iii)Media III - Advertisement kiosks

The size of the Kiosk shall not be more than 4x4ft. Two persons are permitted in the kiosk. Money transaction not permitted.

The tender also invites EOI for advertisement kiosks of 4x4 size each for 8 stations. Money transactions are not permitted inside the premises. The location of the temporary kiosk will be fixed in consultation with the railway authority. There is no permission for playing audio or video displays. The taxes borne by the participants shall be paid to the local bodies. 18% GST is applicable in all the rates involved in this tender. The last bid submission and the opening of tender is on 28th May.
