Adani Airport acquires OOH firm Skyiwave for ₹3 crore
Founded in 2016, Skyiwave operates in the OOH advertising space, offering hoardings and media solutions.
Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has acquired a 100% stake in out-of-home (OOH) advertising company Skyiwave for ₹3 crore.
The acquisition, completed through a cash transaction on March 30, 2026, gives AAHL full ownership and operational control of the company. Skyiwave will now function as a wholly owned subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises.
Founded in 2016, Skyiwave operates in the OOH advertising space, offering hoardings and media solutions. The company has remained relatively small in scale, reporting a turnover of ₹16.51 lakh in FY25.
The move aligns with Adani Airport’s strategy to strengthen non-aeronautical revenue streams by enhancing advertising capabilities across its airport network. The acquisition is expected to support the operation and management of advertising assets within its expanding portfolio of airports.
Adani clarified that the deal is not a related-party transaction and did not require any regulatory approvals.
