Monalisa, who has been instrumental in launching many new shows this year on Fever FM, is a dynamic marketer with 15+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing and digital strategies across diverse categories such as M&E, Auto, Alcobev & Market Research.

Monalisa Mandal, AVP - Marketing & Digital, HT Media (Fever FM),  joins the high-profile jury for Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2022.

Monalisa is a dynamic marketer with 15+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing and digital strategies across diverse categories such as M&E, Auto, Alcobev & Market Research.

In her current role she is leading the digital transformation at HT Media’s radio vertical by helping the organisation pivot from terrestrial-only to a digital-first organisation. She has created and executed many marquee events like Yoga Bootcamp, Digital Icon, 100hours100stars, which unlocked incremental revenue during the Pandemic, while creating massive social media buzz and earning media for the organisation.

Monalisa has been instrumental in launching many new shows this year on Fever FM and unlocking new cohorts of audiences, including Auto, Tech, Real Estate and Women. She has been working strategically along with the leadership team at Fever to transform Fever network into a content hub with platform agnostic products and solution across radio, social, digital, podcast, on-ground.

Monalisa aIso specialises in new product development and launches and had launched the Sail hatchback & Notchback in the country while at GM, and Morpheus Brandy & Afterdark Whiskey during her stint at Radico Khaitan.

Monalisa is an expert in digital & on-ground event conceptualisation & execution. During her stint at RED FM, she planned and executed many on-ground IPs like Musicom, Rider’s Music Festival, Swag Fest, and Sounds of Punjab, to name a few. She has also worked extensively on Reputation Management and Corporate PR with the campaigns winning at national and international PR forums like The Fulcrum Award, PR Week Asia & Gabby’s.

The OAA 2022 contestis all now set to enter the second round of judging.

Winners of OAA 2022 will receive their coveted Metals at the Outdoor Advertising Awards function at Westin Mumbai Powai Lake hotel on August 18, 2022 evening, just after the conclusion of Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) 2022.
