IKON to sponsor Young Outdoorians! Contest at OAC 2015

The OOH firm had also sponsored the highly popular Contest at OAC 2014 in Goa

Encouraged by the overwhelming response to the Young Outdoorians! Contest at the Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) 2014 held in Goa last year, OOH firm IKON has decided to sponsor the highly popular contest at OAC 2015 which will be held at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre, Mumbai during July 24-25. IKON has sponsored the contest at OAC 2014 too.

The contest will be open to registered participants who are below the age of 30.

The contest will feature 5 Teams, with each Team comprising 4 members drawn from registered participants representing different brands, media owning firms or OOH specialist agencies.

At the Contest Venue, the Teams, each led by a Team Leader, will be briefed on a client's branding objective and the expectation from outdoor advertising for the particular branding initiative. The Teams will thereafter work independently to come up with their respective Innovative Outdoor Media Plans.

The Team Leaders will present their respective Media Plans before a Jury comprising eminent brand marketers and OOH industry leaders.

The Team that comes up with the best outdoor media plan will win a cash prize and the members will also enjoy a waiver of their OAC registration fee. The winners will receive their prize at the glittering Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2015 function that will be held in the evening of July 25, 2015.
