One of India’s top OOH leaders, Nabendu Bhattacharyya, Founder of ideacafe.agency will be sharing his perspectives on the aforementioned issues in the panel discussion on ‘What will it take to double OOH business in southern markets’ to be held at the 2nd South India Talks OOH conference that will be organised at Grand GRT Convention Centre in Chennai on February 2, 2024.

Nabendu Bhattacharyya is an OOH veteran with more than two decades of experience. He has a proven track record of building and scaling successful ventures, and his last successful business was Milestone Brandcom which got sold to Dentsu Aegis Network in 2015 – one of the largest deals in the Indian OOH space. 

With more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions with leading agencies like O&M, dentsu, Emirates Neon, and Mudra, Nabendu has worked with national and multinational brands such as Airtel, L’oreal, Apple, Toyota, Axis Bank, DBS Bank, Zee TV, Tata DOCOMO, McDonald’s, Tanishq, and Viacom18 and more. Credited to have introduced some of the most disruptive and innovative inclusions in OOH over the past two decades Nabendu is also an agent of change.

As the founder of ideacafe.agency, a new age advertising agency, he has been redefining the ‘brewing of ideas’. With a gamut of service offerings, including creative, data and technology led media solutions, covering digital media, out-of-home, activation, rural, idea-centric solutions for brands across the spectrum. 

Nabendu has also been an active angel investor, having invested in over three dozen startups in the fields of AI, data science, mar tech, and gig tech. He enjoys mentoring and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and exploring new opportunities and challenges in the advertising and communication space.
