Gopi Krishnaswamy, Founder & CEO, Llama, Author, Teacher – Google Leadership Institute to conduct session on ‘Mindfulness for Sustained Success’
Gopi Krishnaswamy, a Zen practitioner, teacher, and author, is a senior executive turned Mindfulness Meditation teacher who walked away from conventional corporate success into Zen.
The 2nd South India Talks OOH conference, to be held at Grand GRT Convention Centre in Chennai on February 2, 2024, will feature a unique Inspiration Capsule on ‘Mindfulness for Sustained Success’, conducted by Gopi Krishnaswamy, Founder & CEO, Llama, Author, Teacher – Google Leadership Institute.
Gopi Krishnaswamy is a Zen practitioner, teacher, author and the Founder of Llama. He is a senior executive turned Mindfulness Meditation teacher who walked away from conventional corporate success into Zen, learning from many masters including Ekhart Tolle and living at Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Monastery and training to become a teacher. He has over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience with leading global companies including his last full time role as a Managing Director with IDEO, the iconic design company.
An alumnus of INSEAD, Gopi is also a teacher of mindfulness at the Google born world famous Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute in California.
Gopi has a vision of a world where people are able to access wellbeing across all aspects of life including work through simple practices of mindfulness. Llama is an outcome of this vision!
When not teaching or working with clients, Gopi is often found practicing what he calls riding meditation on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
