EFI VUTEk’s dual resolution capability enables true 600 dpi and true 1000dpi output with selectable 24pl or 12pl drop sizes
Pune-based SNJ Enterprise has recently installed EFI VUTEk GS3200 of Arrow Digital after a recent installation of Jetrix KX5 Hybrid Printer. The GS3200 produces eye-catching, photorealistic graphics in eight-colour (plus double white) mode at speeds up to 1200ft2/hr. In its exclusive, four-colour plus white, Fast-5 mode, with speeds up to 2400ft2/hr, the GS3200 easily competes with high-volume commercial production printers. With the three layers back lit signages/displays and tactile printing it opens up many profitable applications in a very demanding industry; while opening more diversified business opportunities.
Poonam Telkar and Vishal Telkar, Directors at SNJ commented, “We are very happy with the latest addition and appreciate the service support provided by the Arrow team. We have grown with Arrow and appreciate their total solutions support in creating new profitable applications that help us enter new markets and segments we would not have imagined a few years back.”
Our decision was always towards Arrow products, due to our past experience, but wanted to study the market too. Poonam added, “We were in discussion with many printers and have even seen demonstrations. Finally, we decided to visit the Arrow Demo-centre and understand the product which would best fit our needs. Our experience was overwhelming, as we were able to see multiple printers working together and we could cherry pick the one which fits our requirement. The samples produced were astonishing and anyone could take a quick decision on the selection.”
The GS3200 delivers category-defining, photorealistic quality and expands the reach of Superwide printing into new industries and applications. EFI VUTEk’s dual resolution capability enables true 600 dpi and true 1000dpi output with selectable 24pl or 12pl drop sizes. The GS3200 is ideal for beautiful fine art replication, detailed photography, and high-definition POP displays, as well as traditional 3.2m banner and signage applications. The GS3200 can transition from rigid materials to roll-to-roll media in less than one minute, the company reports, and it can print on various substrates. It can also accommodate flexible or rigid materials up to 126.5 in. wide and up to 2 in. thick. Its dual-roll capability enables the simultaneous printing of two, 60 in wide rolls.
