Samsung lights up global landmarks with Micro RGB OOH campaign
The consumer electronics giant has rolled out a large-scale global OOH campaign across some of the world’s most iconic digital billboards to showcase the launch of its new Micro RGB display technology.
Samsung has unveiled a global OOH campaign for its Micro RGB technology, taking over landmark digital screens across Times Square in New York, Piccadilly Circus in London, the Entertainment Building in Hong Kong, and major locations in South Korea.
Running through the end of the year, the campaign positions Micro RGB as Samsung’s latest display innovation, using premium digital billboards to demonstrate the technology’s ability to deliver richer colours, sharper contrast and AI-enhanced picture quality at scale.

At the heart of the campaign is a visually immersive creative featuring a large-scale hip-hop dance performance choreographed by Sergio Reis. Designed to push the display’s capabilities, the film showcases Samsung’s Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, which combines precise RGB backlighting with AI-powered image processing to produce vibrant colours and enhanced visual depth.
Beyond highlighting display performance, the campaign also introduces Samsung’s AI-driven viewing experience through features such as AI Soccer Mode and Vision AI Companion, reinforcing the brand’s focus on integrating artificial intelligence into home entertainment.
Rather than relying on traditional product demonstrations, Samsung has chosen some of the world’s most recognised DOOH destinations to bring the technology to life. The vibrant visuals, dynamic choreography and large-format executions transform landmark screens into immersive showcases for the brand’s latest innovation.
