PUMA names Nadia Kokni as Vice President of Global Brand Marketing
Nadia’s arrival follows a recent internal restructuring that consolidated Brand Marketing, Product, Creative Direction, Innovation, and Go-To-Market into a single global organization under Maria’s leadership.
PUMA has named Nadia Kokni as its new Vice President of Global Brand Marketing, effective January 1, 2026. Stepping into the company’s most senior global marketing position, Nadia will join the global leadership team and report directly to Chief Brand Officer Maria Valdes. Her remit includes overseeing brand marketing strategy, creative direction, integrated marketing, and global communications.
The appointment aligns with PUMA’s broader strategy to accelerate its global brand presence and enhance storytelling around its product innovations and iconic silhouettes. Nadia’’s arrival follows a recent internal restructuring that consolidated Brand Marketing, Product, Creative Direction, Innovation, and Go-To-Market into a single global organization under Maria’ leadership.
Nadia joins the sportswear giant with extensive experience in brand transformation and digital acceleration within the sports, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. She previously held senior leadership positions at JD Sports, H&M, adidas, and Tommy Hilfiger. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications at Hugo Boss, where she was instrumental in driving large-scale brand evolution.
According to PUMA, Nadia’s leadership is expected to bridge the gap between product creation and brand narrative, fostering deeper consumer connections and increasing global brand heat. She succeeds Richard Teyssier, who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.
