Renowned real state major Lodha Group has launched a major OOH campaign in the city of Mumbai to promote its high-end residential project in South Mumbai. The campaign, planned and executed by MOMS Outdoor Media Solutions, is predominantly targeted at the SEC A 35-55 age group male audiences with Rs 2-10 crore annual earnings.

The month-long campaign aims to bring ‘The Park’ into the consideration set of the high income earning customers/consumers with tactical messaging meant to drive lead generation and walk-ins.

The campaign covered major parts of South Mumbai and South Central and key investor centric touchpoints on the Western lines that generated good responses for the project. MOMS first mapped the key TG touchpoints, and then took up large billboards on the arterial routes and key catchment areas, like Western Suburbs / Highway, BKC, South Mumbai, South Central for the campaign, using some 20+ units. The site selection was done using the inhouse tool – View on Street.
