Mumbai Central Div invites e-bids for bulk ad rights

Mumbai Central Division (Commercial) of Western Railway has invited e-bids in a single packet system (Tender No: CA-11-NFR-OOH-BAROB22-14) for the award of bulk advertising rights for a period of 5 years on “vacant, terminated and expired FCFS hoarding available at BA-ROB, at North West of ROB facing East 40' X 40'. The total advertising area available under this is 1,600 sq.ft. That will involve dismantling existing old structures and replacing them with new structures.

There will be no escalation of license fee in the second and third years of the contract, whereas the fee will be increased by 10% per annum in the fourth and fifth years. The EMD is Rs 8,81,200.  The tender will close at 3pm on October 13.

The bidders should have an annual turnover of 50% of the first year Reserve Price. Profit and Loss Accounts accompanied with audited balance sheet (If applicable as per extant Income Tax Act) certified by Chartered Accountant with his/her stamp, signature & membership number, for last two years should be submitted. In case where auditing is not mandatory as per Income Tax Act, the tenderer Bidder(s)/ Tenderer(s) shall submit Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts duly citing the relevant Income Tax rule certified CA along with Copy of returns filed.
