Midas Group bags outdoor rights for Aligarh city
The media owning firm will have rights on some 1 lakh sq. ft advertising space covering different zones of the city
Midas Group has bagged the outdoor rights for the city of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh for two years. The contract has been allotted by Aligarh Nagar Nigam. While the city has a number of conventional outdoor formats, Midas Group plans to build a set of aesthetically designed media including unipoles and LED digital formats.
The media owning firm will have rights on some 1 lakh sq. ft advertising space covering different zones of the city. The company will contract business through agencies and direct deals with clients. Commenting on this development, Nagesh Dhar Mishra, Group CEO & Founder Director, Midas Group, said, “Aligarh is a traditional city. Advertising clients have always evinced interest in the city but the demand was not high owing to the poor quality of media available in the city. Now we are planning to develop high-quality formats that will spur more brands to use the media in the city.
