Kerala Tourism bets big on transit media
The brand’s OOH campaigns will be seen at key airports in India, and in the UK
Kerala being a popular tourist destination, brand Kerala Tourism draws a global audience. The brand’s global promotions are best remembered by the branding of London double-decker buses last year, and similar initiatives in the UAE market. Kerala Tourism is now planning for another marketing blitzkrieg in the current year with a Rs 84 crore budget.
B S Biju, Tourism Information Officer, Kerala Tourism told Media4Growth at an event organised in Delhi that the brand sees transit media as a powerful vehicle to connect with the target audiences.
The Kerala Tourism campaigns will be seen at major airports in Delhi, Mumbai and other metros. In the UK, the brand has planned for cab branding, and long-term displays on the London Underground transit network.
