Global leaders to address International OOH Congress in St. Petersburg

The International OOH Congress , to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, will be addressed by leading global OOH experts such as Annie Rickard (global ex-president, Posterscope, UK), Gideon Adey from Kinetic (UK), Borja Balanzat, the head of Exterion Media in Spain & Christian von den Brincken, representing Ströer, Germany.
