The rebate beyond December 31, 2020 shall be communicated in due course of time.
In a letter obtained by Media4Growth, the corporation has mentioned an application of ‘Force Majure’ clause since Janta Curfew was imposed on March 22, 2020. Also, no license fee shall be charged for a period of six months, starting from March 22, 2020 till September 30, 2020.
From October till December, 2020, DMRC has planned to charge according to the average total journeys for the month as compared to the same month of the previous year. The breakup has been given such as:

The authority continues to charge license fee and other applicable charges on monthly basis without any interest. But, additional charges will be charged if payment is delayed beyond due date.
