Kochi Metro Rail extends tender submission & opening date
KMRL has also removed the experience clause for semi naming rights format
Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) which has recently invited bids for advertising rights on various Metro media formats has extended the last of tender submission along with the opening of the tender date. Earlier the last date to submit the tender was October 31 whish that has been shifted to November 15. The tender opening date is now November 15, 2017.
Along with this, the authority has made a significant change in one of the terms. Earlier there was a clause that stated the lead member should have experience in advertisement field, at least 2 years as on March 31, 2017, applicable on all formats. But now this clause has been nullified for semi-naming rights formats.
The changes have been notified by the Metro authority through a corrigendum.
