Fabian Trevor Cowan’s top OOH campaigns of 2025
Fabian Trevor Cowan, Director at Connect Digital, shares his perspective on three standout OOH campaigns that stood out to him and masterfully blend creative clarity with strategic purpose.
Tata Motors Re.Wi.Re

The Tata Motors Re.Wi.Re brand stands for recycling, which forms its very raison d’être. Recycle With Respect is the brand’s core message, the idea of making something new out of the old. This philosophy was brought to life powerfully through the creation of a Ganesh idol made entirely from scrap vehicle parts, making the idea far more meaningful and impactful.
R Kumar Opticals – Snellen chart billboards

The idea of the medium being the message came through strongly in this campaign. By converting large billboards into Snellen charts, R Kumar Opticals delivered a clear call to action, encouraging people to test their eyesight. The execution offered a unique way to connect with audiences while simultaneously reinforcing the brand’s services. The message remained perfectly aligned with the brand’s core offering.
Colors Gujarati – Coffee shop activation

This was a simple idea, executed effectively at the right place, connecting seamlessly with its core audience, youth. By synchronising the theme of the show, from “Darkness to light”, with an on-ground activation at coffee shops, spaces where younger audiences naturally congregate, the campaign achieved an ideal balance of strong creative thinking and well-chosen execution environments.
