We’re seeking a Business Head OOH South to lead our OOH marketing specialist division, driving location intelligence, creativity, innovation, and flawless execution. As the Business Head for OOH in South India, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our outdoor advertising business in the region. Your strategic vision, leadership, and industry expertise will be crucial in achieving sales targets, profitability, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibility –
1. Sales Profitability
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor profitability and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
2. Customer/Client Relationship
- Build strong relationships with clients across levels including government bodies and partners to deliver on their goals & objectives
- Understand the needs & objectives of the clients and create opportunities to add value meaningfully for the clients and grow own business potential.
- Create cost effective and scalable solutions for the clients
- Lead commercial negotiations with media owners to be able to win mandates from the clients.
3. Market Insights & Trends
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage location intelligence and data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
4. Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Implement best practices, streamline processes, and maintain high standards.
5. Team Leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Lead and mentor a team of Regional Managers.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: Min 8 to 10 years in the OOH
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Subject matter expertise and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of OOH advertising, digital integration,
- and location-based insights.
- High calibre project management, Vendor relations and vendor management skills
- Should have managed relationship at the leadership level of the clients.
