Nexus Select Malls takes up partnership with DDX Asia

Nexus Select Malls has partnered with DDX Asia, India’s premier digital display expo. The event is scheduled to take place on February 20-21, 2025, at the Nesco Exhibition Centre in Mumbai and will showcase cutting-edge solutions in retail and out-of-home advertising. Nexus Select Malls is India’s first publicly listed retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and one of India’s largest mall portfolio.
The Nexus portfolio comprises 17 best-in-class Grade A urban consumption centres with close to 10 million square feet spread across 14 cities in India, two hotel assets (354 keys) and three office assets with a Gross Leasable Area of ~1.3 million square feet. The group’s malls have over 1,000 domestic and international brands spanning across ~3,000 stores.
Nexus Select Malls owns and manages some of the most iconic and high-performing retail destinations in India, including Nexus Select CityWalk in Delhi, Nexus Seawoods in Navi Mumbai, and Nexus Ahmedabad in Ahmedabad, Nexus Hyderabad in Hyderabad and three malls in Bengaluru, which include one of India’s oldest, but the best performing malls, Nexus Koramangala.
