He pointed out that for effective sales, media owners have to invest in software solutions that package the media with impressions and audiences data and automate the media delivery through self-serve and programmatic methods. Besides software, it will also require investments in people and processes. In essence, the key takeaway was that Digital OOH should be viewed as a comprehensive Digital Transformation rather than a mere conversion of static hoardings and posters.

In the second session, Srikanth explored how agencies and advertisers can use DOOH media as a key component of omni-media plans. The session also delved into details on the planning and measurement process. In essence, the key takeaway was that Digital OOH has to be part of every Digital campaign to improve the effectiveness of Digital Social, Video and Performance media budgets.

On the workshop, one of the attendees Abedali Dholkawala said he was most impressed by the quality of the workshop and the content shared. Another attendee Chintan Gajjar said he found the knowledge shared very useful.
