SDMC invites NIT for setting up smart toilets in lieu of ad rights

The contract will be awarded on DBOT basis for 10 years

South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has invited NIT for construction, maintenance and operation of 25 Smart Toilet Blocks on Design, Built, Operate & Transfer basis along with advertising rights under the jurisdiction of the civic body. The contract will be allotted as per two-bid system i.e. Technical & Financial for the duration of 10 years. The highest bidder shall be awarded the contract.

The last date of submission is October 26, 2017.
