SDMC makes changes in Seven Wonders Park Advertising tender clauses
The new property has been included in the tender with a clause that flex for display must be biodegradable
South Delhi Municipal Corporation has issued some modifications in the tender document issued to allot advertising rights for Seven Wonders Park. In the revision, the corporation has included the of provision for 10 kiosks, wherein 8 are for the food category, 1 for photo studio and 1 for souvenir gift item shop. Besides, parking spaces and public toilets are also to be included within the cluster with the permission granted to install advertising formats such as Mupi/Informal advertising boards. This shall be installed by the allottee within the incubation period of 90 days.
Also the SDMC has clarified that the allottee shall incur the entire amount of installation of kiosks which must be made by waste/scrape material. Alongside, the allottee will be responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of entire 5000 sq.ft area. The inclusion of new avenues has increased advertisement display area/item wise MRP to 6,27,000.
Also the SDMC has mandated that the flex for advertisement display should be biodegradable in keeping with the theme of the park.
