VGN Developers goes outdoor in Chennai to showcase new project

VGN Developers has rolled out an OOH campaign to create buzz around their new project VGN Royale. The campaign targeted the urban middle class and was designed to develop ground visibility and generate sales enquiries. A 30 ft long campaign was highly visible in Chennai city and suburbs. Street talk agency handled the OOH duties of the campaign.

To capture maximum eye balls, the campaign was deployed at key locations using billboards, railway station media, glow signs, bus panels and surrogate and temporary visibility was provided in the form of Display Frames and Flute Boards which were installed on roads leading to the property.

Starting with the epicentre of the property location, Avadi, the campaign was planned in concentric circles which included catchment area mapping, TG Profiling, OOH Media Fitment on the basis of locations and mediums. Additionally, entry exit points, residential pockets, commercial and IT hubs, commuting and transit zones were identified as the key contact points.

“The prime objective of using outdoor medium was to create recall value for our VGN Royale project. We designed the campaign in a way that it creates the visibility and guide the TG about the project with a constant reminder till he/she reached till the site. We have planned a short burst for this campaign and with high-visibility so that it becomes talk of the town, said Vijai Ambalavanan, General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support, VGN Developers.
