Viral Shah joins Chandak Group as Head of Marketing

Chandak Group has appointed Viral Shah as its Head of Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as the Mumbai-based real estate developer continues its growth journey.

Viral announced the appointment through a LinkedIn post, marking the beginning of a new chapter after spending over five years at Arvind SmartSpaces.

“I am delighted to share that I have joined Chandak Group as Head of Marketing,” Viral wrote. “After five deeply rewarding years at Arvind SmartSpaces, I begin this new chapter with gratitude for the journey behind me and excitement for the opportunity ahead.”

Highlighting the company’s reputation, he added, “Chandak Group has built a strong legacy in Mumbai real estate by consistently delivering on a simple but powerful promise: Promises Made. Promises Kept.”

Sharing his vision for the role, Viral said his focus would be on strengthening marketing’s contribution across the business. “As I take on this mandate, my focus will be to build upon that trust and strengthen marketing’s contribution across the business, from brand strategy and project positioning to digital transformation, customer experience, demand generation and sales enablement.”

He further expressed his enthusiasm about collaborating with the company’s leadership and partners to support its next phase of growth through an integrated marketing ecosystem.

Prior to joining Chandak Group, Viral spent over five years at Arvind SmartSpaces, where he most recently served as Head of Marketing, after leading the company’s digital marketing function. Before that, he held leadership roles at Sobha Realty, DAMAC Properties, and Lodha Group, building extensive experience across brand strategy, digital marketing and customer acquisition in the real estate sector.

With over a decade of experience across India and the Middle East’s real estate industry, Viral now joins Chandak Group to lead its marketing function as the company continues to strengthen its brand and customer engagement initiatives.
