What an Idea on new media!

Idea has come up with a unique initiative to connect with the people of Kolkata and Howrah using the innovative media of Jetty and Vessel which ferry thousands of people across the two landmarks of West Bengal.  The focus of this OOH campaign is to increase reach and induce brand frequency. Idea also came up with another unique innovation through a unique backlit corridor along the VIP Road – Rajarhat Corridor which welcomes people to the city of Kolkata from the Northern fringes of the state.

The prime objective of this OOH initiative has been to promote Idea’s’Choice Number’ which offers customized numbers to subscribers, like those matching the users’ birthday, vehicle numbers, landline numbers, or any other special number or date of their preference. The OOH creative on the corridor branding communicates in an interesting manner the easy three-step process to activate the numbers – Search, Pair and Activate. Subscribers can share their requirements with the nearest retailer who will then customize the number basis its availability in the Idea database.
The brand has explored water transit media for the first time and thanks to it, the brand and its product now ferry everyday across Howrah and Kolkata along with thousands of users creating a unique bond between the Metro city and the upcoming district – Howrah and its people.
