WeWork India’s OOH campaign for its Atrium Place
The campaign is executed in Gurugram
WeWork India Management Limited has rolled out a high-impact, design-led out-of-home (OOH) campaign across Gurugram, ahead of the launch of WeWork Atrium Place, its latest enterprise-focused workspace in Udyog Vihar. The campaign went live in the first week of January, and leverages innovative, large-format OOH executions across key enterprise corridors to engage senior leadership, enterprise teams, and large organisations during peak commute hours.
Deployed across four high-visibility locations – Sikanderpur, Golf Course Road, outside DLF Cyber Hub, and outside Ambience Mall (NH-8), the campaign reimagines OOH as large-scale, design-led installations rather than traditional billboards. Each 26×13-foot execution is conceived as a bold visual statement, using bespoke, custom-built formats to introduce depth, dimension, and architectural character into the cityscape. Backlit extended structures, sculptural acrylic lettering, and illuminated box elements come together to create a striking, elevated presence for the brand across Gurugram’s key enterprise corridors.
Rooted in a strong design-first approach, the executions are crafted to command attention at speed without visual clutter. Clean layouts, restrained messaging, and premium material choices ensure clarity while allowing the formats themselves to do the talking. Designed for high-speed arterial roads, the creatives balance immediacy with elegance, delivering impact in seconds while maintaining a confident, enterprise-first visual language.
Commenting on the campaign, Debosmita Majumder, Chief Marketing Officer, WeWork India, said, “OOH works best when it sits at the intersection of context and attention. For the launch of WeWork Atrium Place, we focused on enterprise corridors where senior leaders and decision-makers are already primed to engage during their daily commute. Every element, from the scale and premium formats to the launch-led storytelling, has been designed to command attention without being intrusive, while reinforcing a clean, confident, enterprise-first brand language.”
The OOH rollout forms part of a larger, integrated building launch initiative, amplified through digital media, social platforms, influencer collaborations, and owned channels to ensure consistent visibility across enterprise touchpoints. The selected sites sit within Gurugram’s most established business districts, delivering high repeat exposure among enterprise professionals and sustained brand recall within the natural catchment area of WeWork Atrium Place.
