The Body Shop engages with customers at Cyber Hub, Gurgaon

To mark its 40th anniversary and 25th store in NCR region, The Body Shop arranged for a customer engagement programme that showcased the brand’s loyalty towards the environment along with special services for its customers.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, The Body Shop, a leading global cosmetics brand arranged for a customer activation programme at Cyber Hub, Gurgaon. It also marked the brand’s 25th store in NCR region. To engage the consumers on the new commitment launch and to get the maximum reach, The Body Shop had initiated an interesting concept in the amphi-theatre of The Cyber Hub. A Commitment Wall was installed where walk-ins were requested to take a commitment. A photo booth was also installed where people were encouraged to take pledges towards their commitment.
 
The Body Shop store offers a wide range of 100% vegetarian products across Skin Care, Bath & Body, Make Up, Hair, Fragrance, Men’s and Gifts. Apart from the fabulous products, the store also offers specialist services like skincare consultation and make-up application. Customers can also enroll into The Body Shop Customer Loyalty program “Love Your Body for a nominal fee and they will be able to enjoy fantastic member benefits, year round discounts, member’s special offers, VIP access to all important brand events and many other privileges throughout the year. The activation propagated all these available services.
