Schmitten Chocolates strikes an emotional chord

The brand opts for multi-city OOH campaign to promote its chocolate offerings as gifting options

Schmitten Chocolates, a premium dark chocolate brand, captures the gifting market this Diwali season with an OOH campaign. The outdoor formats feature the message ‘Is Diwali Sirf Mithas Nahi, Yaadein Baatein’. The brand campaign, started during Raksha Bandhan, has been given an extensive platform during Diwali — to make the brand offering as a gifting option. The campaign is currently live in Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune (largely on conventional outdoor formats) and Mumbai (where multiplexes have been taken as a major advertising avenue).

On the OOH campaign, Rishab Verma, Marketing Head, Schmitten Chocolates told Media4Growth: “Outdoor medium has a key part in our marketing strategy. We selected sites that have around them high traffic movement”.

The brand used DMRC media, through eg. communications, with branding on Line-2 (Samayapuri Badli to Huda City Centre) & Line-3/4 (Dwarka to Noida City Centre/Vaishali), with contextual messaging: “Safar Lamba Ya Chota Nahi, Yaadgaar Hona Chaiye”, and “Jo Safar Yaadgar Hai, Wo Tyohaar Hai”. 
 
The campaign started on October 15 will run until November 9.
