Rose Valley woos travellers in Kolkata
The campaign involved various formats ranging from traditional hoardings to transit media including mobile vans and Volvo buses.
Rose Valley Hotels & Resorts recently rolled out an outdoor campaign in Kolkata to market its Pan India properties. The campaign covered entire Kolkata along with surrounding districts using traditional billboards and mobile vans or trucks which have grabbed the eyeballs of the respective TG. Executed by Enkon Pvt. Ltd. the brand has taken around 50 sited covering residential areas, shopping districts and commercial zones to promote their packages.
Indranil Paul, General Manager, Corporate Communications, Rose Valley Group while talking about the campaign said, “Today the youth spend a huge time outside and our target segment is both the young male and female, thus we selected outdoor media for promoting our services and it plays a big role as a support to the print media as well. Our aim is to communicate the discount packages at which we are giving out the bookings of our resort rooms across the country. We have also taken Volvo Buses which is emerging as an alternative transit media in the city. We are also targeting the tier II and tier III cities in West Bengal like Durgapur, Siliguri and such. Enkon really executed the month long campaign within a very short duration which has helped us to create good visibility for the brand.

Ltd. shares, “The brief was to cover Kolkata and surrounding districts such that all travel hungry citizens are made aware of the special offers of Rose Valley hotels and resorts. Accordingly large format front-lit billboards were selected. CBD areas were covered with high visibility footpath hoardings whereas the fringe areas were covered by mobile billboard. The creative has been designed by JWT and the billboard planning and execution by us.
