PMK wears campaign message on its sleeve, literally!
Executed by BCC Marcom, the 3-D Holographic technology amplifies the election pitch of Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) party
Ahead of elections, Chennai-based BCC Marcom has executed a campaign in a 3D Holographic technology based portable backpack called Holo-Mobile from the brand HOLO station. The innovative new medium was used for the political campaign of a major regional party, the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK).
Projected as a mobile human billboard, the recently launched Holo-Mobile will run this campaign for the party’s election campaign till April 15th at a few prominent locations in Chennai including RA Puram, Royapettah, Mount Road, T. Nagar, Besant Nagar, Adayar, Thiruvanmiyur, OMR, ECR, Velachery, Perambur, Villivakkam, Wannarapettai, Chrompet, Tambaram, Medipakkam, Moolakadai, Avadi, Ambattur and Vyasarpadi.
Party men parade carrying the Holo-Mobile, the portable backpack, which showcases their party leaders and symbols featured in videos running in a loop for about 30 seconds. There are 100 human billboards showcasing the video for 3-4 hours at different public locations in the city, propagating the agenda of the PMK party.
Talking about this new technology, Mohammed Illias, Director and Founder, HOLO station, BCC Marcom, shares, “With the help of this technology, we are creating a ‘wow’ factor. With the same party message getting repeated everywhere, the campaign is brought closer to the people and has a powerful impact.”
“While a large format remains stationary, the human mobile billboard makes it easier to leave an impact during mass or door-to door campaigns. The Holo-Mobile from HOLO station is going to play a very important role and is already taking a big leap in terms of promoting the party campaign. There is huge appreciation from PMK and it is creating a buzz, especially during the nights when most political campaigns happen,” adds Raja Ranganath Co-Founder and Director, HOLO station, BCC Marcom.
