Oppo casts a green hue on Ahmedabad BRTS stops
Kaushik Outdoor executed the smartphone campaign that involved branding of BRTS stops building wraps in the city
Smartphone company Oppo has recently taken up the branding at all BRTS stops in Ahmedabad along with building wraps outside bus stops. City-based Kaushik Outdoor, that won the tender for BRTS corridor earlier this year, has executed this campaign. Oppo is the first brand that Kaushik released a campaign for after executing a series of campaigns for the Government sector.
Ahmedabad BRTS, also known as Janmarg, is a unique transport system that runs through the centre of the city positioned as a time-saver travel companion. With 150 stations in the city, BRTS caters to approx 1,33,000 commuters a day.
Oppo’s campaign was deployed at locations like DCIS Circle, Jantanagar, Wadaj-Junawadej, Law Garden, L Colony, Maninangar, Motera Cross Road, NR Patel Park – Wadaj, Parasnagar, Parswanath, Sabarmati Police Station, Sabarmati Power House, Sattadhar 4 Road, Shivshaktinagar Circle, Sola Bridge, University, Visat-Gandhinagar, etc.
Saket Shah, MD, Kaushik Outdoor, said, “This is the first time a national brand is advertising with us on BRTS. The response has been very positive and we hope to turn it to a long-term association. BRTS has a varied range of traffic that can make it an appropriate TG for many such brands. And, brands also look for newer sites and formats than the regular hoardings and unipoles. BRTS quite serves that purpose.”
